Zoe TP #16

For my final meeting with Wei, we decided to have some fun and meet at the Chili's on campus for appetizers and drinks. While we were waiting, I went through the menu with him and identified some foods that he wasn't familiar with, like enchiladas and such. He said that looking through all of the food was interesting, and that some of the food even looked delicious. I told him to not be fooled, because all food at Chili's is pretty disgusting.We split chips and salsa, which Chili's still somehow manages to mess up, but we mostly just drank margaritas. He wasn't familiar with margaritas before this session, so I told him about more popular drinks in America, like cosmopolitans and various vodka/gin drinks. Wei loves to drink and appreciated this lesson, because he had been having some difficulties ordering alcohol at bars. I also taught him proper tip etiquette, which he thought was interesting. I'm going to miss him a lot, but I hope that I can continue to meet with him after I get back from spring break!
