Briggs TP#3

The next section of P.J.'s book I choose to cover was about the life of Thomas Edison. First we watched a 2 1/2 minute animated video about Thomas Edison's life. After discussing his invention of the light bulb, we proceeded to read the text about his life. This text presented many new vocabulary words to be covered. We discussed the vocabulary as it came up in the text. We also discussed what the difference is between fact and opinion. At the end of the lesson I asked P.J. T/F questions pertaining to the vocabulary in the text.
