Today I met Mohammed. He is a 19 year old from Kuwait. Mohammed's brother studied at Arizona State University and also at FSU. Mohammed wants to study at either school and then go back to Kuwait once he earns his degree in engineering. Mohammed and I talked about typical American culture, like what foods he liked, and what he disliked. His favorite place to go out to eat is Chick-fil-a. Mohammed also did not like American football that much even though he was here at FSU in the fall to experience football season. He said that he doesn't understand the game very much and it is sort of boring to watch. Mohammed also likes to play soccer and played on a team in Kuwait. We plan on playing soccer here at FSU sometime. Mohammed spoke well for being in group 2 at CIES. He says he has problems with writing, grammar, and vocabulary still.
